Professor Wang Guangqian is the Vice President of Tsinghua University. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, and Vice Chairman of the 12th Central Committee of the China Democratic League. He is a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and his research fields focus on hydroscience, sediment and river dynamics.
